Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

2. About our products

NOCTA products are physical comfort goods. They are not medical devices, medicines, or treatments. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including perimenopause or menopause symptoms. If you need medical advice, please speak to your GP.

We describe products honestly and never make claims we can't back up. Colours and finishes may vary very slightly from images on screen.

3. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or if we spot a pricing error) and will refund any payment taken.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order via our payment provider. See our shipping page for delivery costs.

5. Delivery

We ship to UK addresses only. Dispatch and delivery estimates are on our shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation (14-day statutory right)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason. You then have 14 days to return the goods. See our returns page for the process.

7. 60-Night Comfort Guarantee

On top of your statutory rights, we offer a 60-night comfort guarantee. If the product doesn't help you sleep more comfortably, email us within 60 nights of delivery for a full refund. This is a goodwill promise. It does not affect your statutory rights. Details on our returns page.

8. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they're not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email us and we'll sort it.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability for any loss is limited to the price you paid for the product.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site (logos, wordmark, images, copy) is owned by NOCTA or licensed to us. Please don't copy it without permission.

11. Website use

You agree not to use this site in a way that's unlawful, damages it, or interferes with any other user. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably need to.

12. Complaints

If something's gone wrong, email hello@nocta.co.uk. We aim to reply within one working day and to resolve most issues within 14 days. UK consumers can also access alternative dispute resolution via the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland) in your local courts.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page at the time you place your order.
