The 60-Night Comfort Guarantee
Use it for up to 60 nights from the delivery date. If it doesn't help, email us and we'll refund every penny. You don't have to return it in original condition. You keep the free 3am Reset Guide.
Plus your statutory rights
On top of our 60-night guarantee, UK law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel any order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.

Pack it upAny box or padded bag is fine. You don't need the original packaging.

Refund in 3–5 working daysOnce it's back with us, we refund the original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation.
Silk Sleep Mask — hygiene note
Please read before opening. [OPERATOR: confirm mask return policy]. For hygiene reasons, we ask that if you're returning the Silk Sleep Mask on its own, it comes back unopened in its sealed sleeve. If you're returning it as part of the full Cool-Down Ritual under the 60-night guarantee, we accept it opened.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If anything turns up damaged, wrong, or missing, email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
