The ritual
Ordinary cotton stores your body heat. The cool-touch weave keeps moving heat away, so the surface doesn't warm up the way a normal pillowcase does.
It won't stop the flush, and we'd never claim it does. It keeps your contact points cool and helps you fall back asleep, so a flush doesn't cost you the whole night.
No. The pillowcase cools your side of the bed, and the humidifier only cools the air near you.
Fair. There's nothing medical or anti-aging here. It's just cool bedding that helps you sleep.
No. NOCTA is a physical comfort product. It manages the night. It won't cure menopause. If you want medical treatment, talk to your GP.
Product & care
Yes. It fits a standard UK pillow (approx. 50 × 75 cm). It has a bit of stretch, so it also works on slightly larger pillows.
Machine wash cool and hang to dry. The cool-touch finish stays put. Skip fabric softener as it can dull the finish over time.
Hand wash cool with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. Don't tumble dry.
Yes. It's quiet enough to leave running while you sleep. It auto-shuts off when the tank runs dry.
