Every order ships from our UK warehouse. Here's exactly what to expect.

Orders placed before [OPERATOR: dispatch cutoff, e.g. 2pm GMT] on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends and on UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please email hello@nocta.co.uk and we'll chase it.
We ship with [OPERATOR: carrier, e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Evri Standard]. Signature isn't required, so your parcel can be left in a safe place if you're out.
We ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands. We don't currently ship outside the UK.
Message us at hello@nocta.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We'll fix it: replacement, reshipment, or refund, your choice.
